I want to introduce to you an all around real estate investor. Steve Olson is a Real Estate Investor in the Salt Lake City Utah. Before he got started in real estate, he wanted to become a Lawyer, however the education and reach that goal was both lengthy and expensive. He saw other investors in the area make a ton of cash investing in real estate and he had an epiphany …. “Why don’t I do a couple of real estate deals and just pay for my way through law school”. However, once Steve started making money in real estate, he couldn’t stop. And the dream of being a Lawyer was no longer appealing!
Since that time, Steve became a full time real estate investor and for a time was an Franchise owner of HomeVestors.
